How do you customize the keynote to our specific audience
Matt's team completes a detailed intake on your attendees, culture, and strategic goals, then tailors stories, research, and frameworks so the keynote feels like it was built for your room—not recycled from the last conference.
What exactly do attendees receive?
Every attendee receives a physical copy of the companion leadership book (for in-person events) or digital access (for virtual events), plus 30 days of micro-lessons and reinforcement prompts delivered via email.
Is there any kind of guarantee?
Yes. For qualifying events, if audience ratings fall below 90%, Matt will provide a complimentary follow-up virtual session at no additional speaking fee."
What types of events is this best suited for?
Leadership summits, company-wide meetings, culture reset offsites, annual conferences, and high-stakes sales kickoffs where the keynote makes or breaks the perceived value of your entire event.
How far in advance should we book?
Matt accepts only 24 speaking engagements per year. Most organizations book 6–12 months in advance to secure their preferred date.
Do you offer virtual keynotes?
Yes. Virtual keynotes are $7,500–$10,000 and include all the same customization, books (digital access), and reinforcement as in-person engagements.
